Returns

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Exclusions: Sale items, custom pieces, and any products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.

3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within the 14-day return window to arrange the exchange.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

• Once the return is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
